Sauce-flavored Pork Ribs and Yam
1.
The ribs are soaked in water first, mainly for the blood to come out.
2.
Pour out the blood and wash the ribs two or three times, then remove them and put them in a bowl.
3.
Add salt, very fresh, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder and bean paste to the ribs.
4.
Cut the green onions, slice the ginger, smash the garlic and set aside. The pepper peel, star anise and bay leaves are placed in the seasoning box.
5.
Put the green onions, garlic and ginger slices into the ribs bowl, and put on disposable gloves to pinch and pickle the ribs for a more delicious taste.
6.
After marinating, spread the ribs in the bowl on the bottom of the pressure cooker and arrange them neatly.
7.
Wash the rough yam and peel it off.
8.
Cut the yam into hob pieces and try to cut them as large as possible, because small ones will stew badly in the pressure cooker.
9.
Spread the yam flat on top of the ribs, and then pour in the water to be almost equal to or less than the yam. If the yam is submerged, the yam will be too bad.
10.
Put on the lid of the pressure cooker, press the meat ribs, and it will take less than an hour.
11.
Open the lid, the yam is moderately soft, first remove the top yam, and then dig out the ribs at the bottom of the pot.
