Sauce-flavored Pork with Asparagus
1.
The pork belly that has been cooked in advance is sliced and used, or it can be fried directly with raw meat, but my family likes the taste of cooked meat, so I use it cooked.
2.
Dice fig meat and chop a little onion.
3.
Add a little salt to the boiling water, add the asparagus to blanch and cook, then remove it and cool it with cold water for later use.
4.
Put a little oil in the pan, add onions and diced meat and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
6.
The broth with a little pork is boiled for a while.
7.
Don't boil the soup dry, add Babao sauce.
8.
Stir-fry evenly.
9.
Remove the asparagus and put it on the plate, and pour the fried diced pork with the broth on the asparagus.
Tips:
Babao sauce is sweet and salty and delicious, so there is no need to add sugar to make it fresh.
