Boil the cleaned duck tongue in boiling water in a pot, remove and drain (you will find it dirty in the water, so don’t go out to buy cooked ones in the future)
3.
Re-fill the pot with a proper amount of water. After the fire is boiled, add the washed duck tongue and blanch it for a minute, then remove and drain it for later use.

Put the drained duck tongue into a bowl, add light soy sauce and cooking wine, sugar, salt, green onions, ginger, garlic, and five-spice powder, mix well and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 5 hours

Pour a little oil into the wok, add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté when the oil is hot.
6.
Put in the marinated duck tongue

Add cinnamon, cumin, rock sugar, dark soy sauce, red wine 15ML, and add enough water to cover the surface of the duck tongue. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
8.
Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve on a plate.
Tips:
Little nag:
1. The duck tongue must be scrubbed repeatedly and blanched twice to clean it.
2. This is a sauce-scented duck tongue. If you like a more fragrant taste, you can add a variety of spices such as grass fruit, star anise and so on to make a stew together.
3. In order to save trouble, I ate without air drying, so it would be more chewy.
