Sauce Fried Prawns
1.
Treat the shrimp, remove the whiskers, open the back of the shrimp, pick out the internal organs, wash and drain.
2.
Cut the ginger, minced garlic and set aside.
3.
Heat oil, add ginger shreds, oil can be more, and fried shrimp can't be too little.
4.
At this point, don’t over-explode the ginger shreds. If the shrimps are put on a high fire and stir-fried, they will easily change color.
5.
The prawns are fried until they are red and even in color. Add the appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and bean paste (I have a spoonful of soy sauce per pound, and half a spoonful of bean paste).
6.
After stirring evenly, add the minced garlic and add a drop or two of sesame oil, stir and stir evenly, and take it out of the pan.
7.
Saute the prawns in sauce and finish.
