Sauce Pancake Roll

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Beat the eggs, pour the flour and corn flour into a pot, then add diced ham, chopped green onion, and salt

3. Add water to adjust evenly (the consistency of the batter is about the same as yogurt), not too thick or too thin

4. Heat the pot and pour the oil to fill the bottom of the pot

5. Pour the batter and fry on medium heat

6. Quickly lift the handle of the pan and tilt the pan 360 degrees so that the batter evenly covers the entire surface and the sides of the pan, forming a whole round pie, and fry on a low fire.

7. Okay, turn it over and fry

8. Fry and brush with a thin layer of tomato sauce

9. Sprinkle a little black sesame seeds and turn off the heat

10. Turn it over again

11. Roll up

12. For convenience, cut into small pieces with a spatula

13. Ready to serve

Tips:

1: Note that the batter and concentration are mastered. The amount made here is to fry three burritos.
2: The batter can be fried on a low medium heat just after it is in the pan. After the batter is rounded, change to a low fire for frying. The heat is just right and the best, so that the pancake will have a proper taste without being too mushy, soft and waxy.
