Speaking of fried pork with sauce, everyone should be no stranger to it.
Sauteed pork shreds is a classic home-cooked dish. It is famous for its ruddy color, rich sauce, rich nutrition, and delicious food.
The general fried pork shredded with soy sauce is mostly made with sweet noodle sauce. Today I made a bold improvement, using Pixian bean paste.
Combining Pixian Doubanjiang and Soybean Paste together makes the dishes more rosy, the meat is tender and the sauce is fragrant, fresh and spicy, with the flavor of Sichuan cuisine, and you can’t stop eating it.

6. Stir-fry the meat smoothly until the color changes;

7. Pour the prepared Pixian bean paste & soybean paste into the pot and stir-fry over low heat until the sauce is rich and fragrant;

10. It is more delicious and delicious with cucumber strips, shredded green onions and bean curd.

Tips:

According to their preferences, adjust the sauce. If you like spicy flavor, you can leave it without noodle sauce; if you don’t like spicy flavor, you can also use sweet noodle sauce or soybean paste to make it.
