There was some meat left in the steamed buns at home, so I added carrots and soy sauce to make ravioli with soy sauce. It tasted great!

Sauce Pork Wonton

1. There is not much filling left, so add half a spoon of dark soy sauce and mix well. (If it is not the leftover dumpling filling, there is no need to add seasonings. Add some sugar, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper powder, oil, water, etc.)

2. Add chopped carrots and mix well.

3. Take a dumpling wrapper or wonton wrapper and wrap the filling around the pinch.

4. Bend over as shown.

5. Pinch the two sides tightly.

6. Place the wontons after the water is boiled.

7. Bring to a boil again and add the carrot and cabbage.

8. When the wontons are cooked thoroughly, pour out a portion of the water, leave half a bowl of water in the pot, add sea rice and all the seasonings at the same time, heat for another half a minute and stir well.

9. Serve out the plate.

10. Take a bite, it tastes great!

Tips:

1. The side dishes can be adjusted according to preference.
2. Add dark soy sauce to make it feel like sauced meat.
