Sauerkraut and Grass Fish Head Soup

Wash the sauerkraut, clean and cut into small pieces, pour it into a wok and fry until the sauerkraut is dry.

Clean the grass carp head, remove the internal organs, fry in a pan until both sides, add ginger, pepper, salt, cooking wine and boiled water and simmer for half an hour.
3.
Finally add sauerkraut and cook for 20 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
