Today this dish is very delicious, especially for dinner, and it is also cheap.

It is the unique sauerkraut and potatoes in the Northeast. The sauerkraut is appetizing and refreshing. The potato shreds and sauerkraut are crispy no matter how they are fried together, which is loved by the family.

This dish is made at least once a week in my family. It was made on a food show on TV many years ago, and then it became a very popular dish on my table.

7. Shred the meat, chop green onion, mince ginger, chop garlic, chop minced garlic (sauerkraut with a little fat on the meat is delicious)

8. Add vegetable oil to the pot, add fatter shredded pork to medium heat, stir yellow, stir-fry for oil, add lean shredded pork and stir-fry until the shredded pork turns white

Mom’s Tips: Fried sauerkraut with fatter meat is more fragrant, sauerkraut likes oil, larger oil is more delicious
