Sauerkraut Braised Chicken

Wash half of the three yellow chicken and chop into small pieces.

Put the chicken in cold water, add ginger knot, bay leaves, red pepper, and ginger slices to boil.

Tips:
1. After the chicken is chopped, it is best to boil it in the pot first, so that most of the foam can be removed
