Sauerkraut Lamb and Mung Bean Noodles

Prepare ingredients: Cut lamb leg into pieces, soak sauerkraut thoroughly in water, and wash small celery. The amount of ingredients is about 3-4 servings.

Cut green onion, slice ginger, and chop dried red pepper.
