Sauerkraut Meatballs

1. Cut green onion into small pieces, slice garlic, and shred ginger.

2. Shred sauerkraut and soak in clean water for a while.

3. Dry the sauerkraut.

4. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, add sauerkraut and stir fry.

5. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir fry for five minutes.

6. Add some salt and stir fry.

7. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until the sauerkraut becomes completely soft.
