Sauerkraut Ribs

Cut the sauerkraut and set aside

Ribs are cleaned and changed repeatedly to remove blood

Add cold water to the pot, add ribs, green onion, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaves, pepper aniseed, pork ribs, light soy sauce

Add a spoonful of lard to the frying spoon

Heat the oil for six minutes, add the sauerkraut and stir-fry until it becomes slightly soft

When the ribs are half cooked, add sauerkraut to the ribs and continue to stew. The sauerkraut is not afraid of stewing. The more stewed, the better. When it is almost cooked, add salt, turn off the heat and add chicken essence.

Tips:
Add lard and stew sauerkraut for more flavor. If you don’t have lard, you can use fat, or vegetable oil.
