Sauerkraut Stewed Frozen Tofu

Cut the sauerkraut into thin strips.

Cut the pork into slices.

Heat the pan with oil, add the pork and fry until the oil comes out.

Add sauerkraut and sauté until fragrant.

Add water, green onion, ginger, salt, and bring to a boil.

Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Then add frozen tofu.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
