Sauerkraut Vermicelli Ball Soup

Soak the dried vermicelli for 1 hour in advance

The sauerkraut is cleaned. I bought the ready-made sauerkraut. After washing, I took it out and dried it.

Put oil in the wok, fry the five-spice powder, add the dried sauerkraut, and stir briefly a few times

Add water, you can increase the amount according to your preference. I made soup, so I put in more water than 2 inches of sauerkraut.

Put in the soaked vermicelli and add salt

Cover, boil and simmer for 10 minutes

Tips:
The vermicelli is easy to cook if it is soaked first, or it can be simmered for a while.
