Sauerkraut White Meat

Prepare pork.

Green onion ginger, cinnamon and bay leaves.

Blanch the pork first, then add the green onion, ginger, cinnamon and bay leaves, and add an appropriate amount of water.

Cook for about 1 hour, remove the meat and set aside.

Pickled sauerkraut yourself.

Shred.

Put the sauerkraut into the boiled meat soup, put the pork slices into the pot and start to simmer for about 30 minutes! Add a little salt and MSG out of the pot.

The steaming sauerkraut and white meat is out of the pot. Dip some leeks made by yourself. If you don’t say anything, eat it!
Tips:
After the pork is cooked, put it in sauerkraut stew, preferably sauerkraut marinated by yourself.
