Sauerkraut Yellow Croaker
1.
The yellow croaker throws away the debris in the belly, fish gills, black film, and scales (you can use a small piece of white radish to scrape against the scales, and it can also play a role in removing fishy), and clean it up. Make a knife on the back of the fish, pour in cooking wine, a little salt, ginger, and marinate for half an hour.
2.
Prepare the ingredients, shredded ginger, minced garlic, red pepper, and shredded sauerkraut.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and when the oil is 70% hot, add minced garlic and dry red pepper to fry the aroma, then add shredded ginger, sauerkraut, cooking wine, and stir fry.
4.
Add boiling water, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, and pepper.
5.
Put the fish on the plate, pour it with sauerkraut juice, and steam it in a steamer for 5 minutes. (Or add the fish to the pot of fried sauerkraut to stew)
