Sausage and Mushroom Vegetable Rice

Pour the cold rice into 15 ml of olive oil and stir evenly.

Sausage, effect, chopped green vegetables.

Put the oil in a hot pan, add the minced garlic, sauté the mushrooms, stir-fry the sausage, then add an egg and stir-fry.

Add the rice and stir-fry evenly. When the rice is loose and slightly dry, add the greens and stir-fry until cooked.

Add chicken essence, salt, cooking wine, white pepper and chopped green onion and stir fry evenly.
6.
Take out the pan and serve.
