Sausage Baked Rice

1. Break up the leftover rice and add some salt

2. Add light soy sauce and mix well

3. Add thawed and rinsed mixed vegetables

4. Add 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs containing oregano, basil, parsley, etc.

5. Cut the sausage into thin slices and bake in the oven for a few minutes
