Sausage Braised Rice

Wash the rice twice and set aside.

Dice the eggplant, sprinkle with some salt, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Slice the sausage and pour it into the pot without oil. Boil the oil out of the sausage on a low fire.

After the oil is boiled out, pour out the marinated water in the eggplant, pour the diced eggplant and stir fry.

Place the fried vegetables on top of the washed rice.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and submerge the rice.

Tips:
There are any ready-made side dishes at home that can be put together. The hardness of the rice is related to the amount of water. Because the food itself contains water, do not add too much water, otherwise the rice will be too wet and unpalatable.
