Sausage Carrots

Carrot slices or hob pieces, sausage slices. Dice garlic and finely chop green onions.

Pour oil in the wok, fry the chives and garlic, and fry the sausage slices.

Fry the carrots and add a little water or stock.
5.
Cover and cook thoroughly, pour light soy sauce and season with salt.
6.
Just add chopped shallots or chopped coriander when it comes out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Although there are few sausages in this dish, they are indispensable. You can replace them with meat, but they have different flavors.
2. Carrots are delicious only if they are cooked thoroughly.
