Sausage Cheese Bread

All materials except butter.

Knead after the oil method to the expansion stage.

It takes about 1 hour for basic fermentation to double its size.

After the fermentation is over.

Take out the dough and knead the dough again to exhaust air.

Divide into 8 portions, spheronize, and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

After the relaxation is over, take a small dough and roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin.

As shown in the figure below, cut the cheese slices in half and then cut the sausages in half and put them in shape.

Put the shaped dough on the baking tray one by one, and leave it to rise for 45 minutes.

Brush the egg mixture, sprinkle sesame seeds on the dough, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake for 20 minutes or the surface will be golden brown.
