Sausage Claypot Rice

The rice is cleaned and burned in water with a moderate amount of water

Clean the required ingredients and put them on the plate

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into four pieces, and cut the carrots into cubes and the same size as the beans and rice.

Tips:
The amount of water injected into the washed rice is the most important thing. If the rice is less hard, it will also entrap the growth. If the water is added, the rice will be too soft, and the rottenness will affect the taste.
