Soak the rice in water for about 1 hour.

Light soy sauce, oil consumption, tomato sauce, concentrated chicken juice, and sesame oil are mixed to make a sauce.
5.
Fry the potatoes until yellow on both sides and set aside.

Blanch the vegetables in boiling water and set aside.
7.
Brush an appropriate amount of oil on the bottom of the casserole.
8.
Put the rice and water in a casserole at a ratio of about 1:1.5 and boil until the water is dry and honeycombs appear in the middle of the rice grains. Need to keep stirring here to prevent the pot from sticking.
9.
Turn off the heat, put sausages, potatoes, knocked eggs, pour some cooking oil and some sauce along the side of the pot, cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, and turn the casserole continuously to ensure even heating.
10.
Turn off the heat for another 5 minutes, put the vegetables on, and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
Tips:
PS
1. When cooking the rice, it must be stirred continuously, otherwise it will be mashed.
2. I pour a portion of the sauce midway because I like the taste of the sauce penetrating into the rice grains. If you don't like it, you can pour it before eating.
3. Vegetables can be matched at will.
4. Sausages can also be replaced with other ingredients, such as pork belly, ribs, beef, etc. However, it is recommended to use slightly fatty ingredients to add flavor and flavor.
