Sausage Pizza

Mix the main ingredients, knead into a smooth dough, and wait for fermentation.

Increase the dough to twice its size, roll it out, put it in a 9-inch pizza pan, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Shaping, pierce holes with a fork to prevent it from bulging when baking, put it in the middle of the oven, heat up and down at 190°, and bake for 10 minutes.

Take the pizza dough out of the oven and spread a layer of tomato sauce.

Add all the accessories and sprinkle black pepper on the surface. Put it in the middle of the oven, heat up and down at 200°, bake for 15 minutes.

After baking for 10 minutes, take it out, brush the edge with a layer of egg yolk liquid, and put it in the oven again to bake.

Bake until the edges of the pizza are golden and the cheese is melted.

Cut into pieces and serve.
Tips:
Brushing the liquid egg yolk is just to bake the golden pizza side, you can omit it if you don't like it.
