Sausage Shredded Cabbage

Prepare raw materials;

Put the sausage into the pot, add a little water and some oil;

Slowly stir-fry the water, and then stir-fry the fat in the sausage;

Add red pepper, ginger and garlic to sauté;

Put in the shredded cabbage leaves and stir fry;

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce;

Tips:
1. Since the sausage has not been steamed in advance, add some water and oil to simmer the sausage to make the sausage taste more moist; if the sausage is steamed in advance, just add a little oil to stir-fry the fat in the sausage slightly; 2. Shredded cabbage is easier to taste. Stir it over high heat to prevent it from getting water. Just add a little light soy sauce for color and seasoning, and add salt to taste.
