Sausage Stir-fry

Slice the sausage and set aside.

Cut green peppers into pieces.
3.
Shred green onion and mince garlic.
4.
Heat the frying pan, add the egg mixture and fry until golden on both sides, shovel and serve.

Heat the oil pan again, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add shredded green onions and stir fry until fragrant.
7.
Add the sausage and stir fry.
8.
Add the green peppers and fry them until they are broken.
9.
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, add eggs and stir-fry evenly, and finally sprinkle in salt and chicken essence.
