The whole family likes sauce and coriander. Pork diced and fried in sauce, paired with four kinds of good seasonal vegetables: pleurotus eryngii, carrots, potatoes, and green peppers. Although the diced meat here does not account for much compared with the four kinds of seasonal vegetables, the deliciousness is not compromised at all. Less meat and more vegetables, balanced nutrition is comprehensive and reasonable, which is more beneficial to health.

Sauteed Diced Pork with Seasonal Vegetables

1. Wash pork and seasonal vegetables

2. Cut the pork into cubes, add pepper, cooking wine and stir well, then add starch, stir evenly and marinate for a while
