Sauteed Squid Claws

Prepare some garlic slices and ginger

Shred the shallots, and shred the yellow and red bell peppers

Wash the squid claws, separate the claws one by one with a knife, and swipe off the sucker on the squid claws by hand.

Add water to the pot

Put the squid claws in after the water boils

Stir and fish out immediately (don’t cook the meat for a long time, it will grow old)

After taking it out, put it under the tap and rinse until it's cool

Add corn oil to the wok and heat it up, then add garlic slices and shredded ginger and stir fry

Stir fry and add two tablespoons of Haitian Soybean Paste

Stir-fry the soybean paste until the sound becomes small and the water is simmered out, add a spoonful of sugar

Stir-fry the squid feet with dry water

Pour in shredded green onion and shredded yellow and red bell pepper, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat, put it on the plate and start eating
Tips:
Because the soy sauce has a salty taste, there is no need to add salt to this dish.
