Savory Bacon Rice

Prepare raw materials: bacon, rice, carrots, red beans, celery, spring onions. Celery and shallots are not photographed in the picture, but remember to prepare celery or other small greens.

After washing the bacon, cut into cubes and set aside.

Peel the carrots, wash them, and dice. Wash celery and chop. Cut the shallots into chopped green onions.

Pour the tribute into a container and wash it well. The red beans are also washed clean.

Put rice, red beans, bacon, carrots, lard, and salt into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Add an appropriate amount of water. A little more water than usual for cooking rice.

Turn on the rice cooker and press the "cooking" function.

After cooking, sprinkle chopped celery and chopped green onion into the inner pot, and mix well with the rice quickly. Just serve.
Tips:
The ingredients in the rice can be replaced with other cooking-resistant ingredients.
