Savory Broad Bean Rice

Wash the rice, add about 1.2 times the amount of water (or add water as you are used to), put it in the rice cooker and simmer the rice first.

Prepare bacon and broad beans while cooking

Dice bacon, mince green onion and ginger

Put two teaspoons of cooking oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant

Add the sliced bacon and stir fry until the white part of the bacon becomes transparent

Add broad bean rice

Add table salt

Cook the cooking wine along the side of the pot and add a teaspoon of light soy sauce.

Add all the seasonings and stir-fry for a minute or two and turn off the heat.

Wait until the rice is boiled until the moisture is dry (not yet in the state of keeping warm), pour the fried bacon and broad beans on the rice.

Lay the bacon and broad beans on the rice with a lid, continue to simmer until the cooking is over. Simmer for 10 minutes after cooking

Just turn on and mix well.

Tips You can also cook bacon with broad beans and rice, but the broad beans will turn yellow.
