Savoury Savory Tofu Pot with Rice

The tender pumpkin grown by mother was washed and cut into pieces and steamed (the skin is also tender)

After being steamed, spread on the bottom of the pot

Cut tofu into cubes, diced dried onion and ginger, shredded perilla, cut green and red pepper into small sections, diced corn grown by mother, boneless and diced salty fragrant pond fish, adjusted a gorgon sauce: bean paste + corn starch + oyster sauce +soy sauce+sweet vinegar+salt+water stir well and set aside

Slowly fry tofu in a hot pan with oil on low heat

Fry until golden on each side, shovel and set aside

Add oil to the pot, add shallots, ginger and perilla until fragrant

Stir fry the green red peppers and corn kernels

Add the fried tofu, pour in the gorgon juice

Simmer until there is 1/3 of the juice, turn off the heat and transfer to the pot, let it boil for 1 minute.

Tips:
If you donāt like the salty flavor, you can replace it with minced meat
