Scallion and Tender Tofu

Main ingredients: internal fat tofu, chives, millet pepper

Place the tofu with internal fat in a plate, put it in a steamer and steam on medium heat for 8 minutes

When steaming tofu, cut millet pepper and chives into small circles

Take out the steamed tofu and pour out the steamed soup.

Cut into pieces and put in a bowl, add umami soy sauce

Tips:
Cut a small opening on each of the four corners of the box with scissors so that there is air in, then tear off the plastic paper on the front, use a knife to cut along the edge of the box, and buckle upside down on the plate to easily take out the relatively complete tofu
