Scallion Chicken Nuggets

Wash and drain the three yellow chickens, chop them for later use.

Shred the ginger, chop the chives, and separate the white and green onion leaves.

Add a little oil to the pot, heat it up on high heat, add shredded ginger and green onion to stir up the aroma.

Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry until the color turns white.

Add salt and soy sauce.

Add about 150ml of water.

Cover and simmer over medium heat.

When the simmering is about to collect the juice, open the lid and stir-fry the chicken evenly. Spread the chopped green onion and remove from heat.
