Scallion Egg Pancake

Beat an egg into the bowl

Add table salt

Stir slightly

Add some flour

Add chopped green onion, add appropriate amount of water, and stir to make a batter

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and use a brush to brush a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the pot

Tips:
When frying the first pot, brush the bottom of the pot with a thin layer of oil; you don’t need it in the next few pots.
