This fried rice is especially suitable for office workers. It is simple, fast and convenient; a handful of green onions is enough for a bowl of rice. I added a sausage to match the color. A bowl of fried rice with rich green onion fragrance can be done in a few minutes.

Scallion Fried Rice

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: rice, shallots, sausage

2. Dice the shallots and sausage

3. Heat oil, add diced green onions and sauté until fragrant

4. Add meat sausage and stir well

5. Put in the rice

6. Slowly stir fry

7. In the stir-frying, lightly fry the large pieces

8. Add a little salt to lighten the mouth, and turn off the heat after stirring evenly

9. Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, ready to eat

Tips:

1. There can be more scallions.
2. The key to fried rice is to fry large pieces of rice balls. You can add a little bit of water, the big pieces of rice balls will disperse when encountering steam.
