Scallion Noodles

Cut the scallions into sections and separate the white scallions.

Stir one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, and three spoons of light soy sauce.

Stir-fry green onion at low temperature.

Stir-fry the coke and leave the fried scallion oil in the pan.

Pour the tuned sauce into the scallion oil, and add a spoonful of sugar.

Stir fragrant and set aside.

Boil water in a pot to boil the noodles, boil the water and discard the noodles, boil the water in the middle and add water twice.
