Scallion Noodles

Boil the water first.

The noodles are boiled open.
3.
Wait ten minutes, and use chopsticks to clamp the dried noodles on the plate. Remember to dry the noodles as you clamp them.
4.
Over some cold water, put down the chopped green onion and soy sauce.
5.
Heat the oil, pour it on top of the chopped green onion, and stir again.
