The original recipe refers to the mother oil: light soy sauce: soy sauce: sugar

When noodles are cooked, add the noodles, boil the water and tap the water twice. You can add a little bit of oil and a little salt to the noodles, so the noodles are not easy to stick together.
You can mix four to five servings of this ingredient

Scallion Noodles

1. Wash the green onions, wipe dry, and cut into long strips, the top ones are reserved for the last sprinkle

2. Use the spoon in the picture: Soy Sauce: Sugar=6:4:2, mix well

3. 10 tablespoons of oil, heat the oil to warm

4. Add the shallots and fry slowly

5. Fry until the chives are browned and crispy, remove the chives and discard

6. Pour in the previously stirred seasoning

7. Heat on a low heat for about one minute, stirring with chopsticks in the middle until large bubbles are formed, turn off the heat and let cool.

8. Take another pot, boil water, cook the bottom, too cold.
Pour in a few tablespoons of scallion oil and stir well.

9. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat it. The extra scallion oil can be served after cooling, put in a jar, and mix it directly next time.
