Scallion Noodles

Wash the green onions, cut the white and green onion into small pieces (I cut them with scissors) not too small

Separately chop (or chop) the scallions, not too small

Put oil in the pan, a little more, add the green onion and fry for 3 minutes, first on high heat

Then add the green onion, stir well, and fry slowly on low heat

Fry on low fire for 10-15 minutes, zoom and turn yellow, and smell a strong green onion scent

Take a large bowl to prepare the condiments, one spoonful of sugar, two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, one spoonful of dark soy sauce, and half a spoonful of vegetable essence or chicken essence, then pour the boiled scallion oil directly into the big bowl and stir evenly!

Bring the water to a boil, add the noodles, bring the water to the boil again and turn off the heat for two minutes. It is better to make the noodles harder!

Put the noodles in a large mixing bowl and stir well, and put some fried brown onions on top!

Use the frying scallion oil to leave some scallions to fry an egg, the nutrition is more comprehensive!
Tips:
The key is to fry the scallion oil on a low fire, so that the aroma of the scallion will be strong. Don't fry the scallion easily on high fire!
