Scallion Noodles

The taste is very fresh, soy sauce, sugar, salt, oyster sauce, stir evenly according to the ratio given in the ingredient list.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, turn the heat to a low heat, and add the shallots (remove the white shallots)

Fry until brown and pour into the juice adjusted in step 1, stir and fry for 10 seconds to serve.

For cooking noodles, I use two small handfuls of airtight ramen sold in supermarkets
