Scallion Oil Lump Soup

Add a small amount of water to the flour and stir it into a snowflake shape while adding

Knead the flour into a dough with moderate hardness

Wash the picked celery leaves and cut into dices

Prepare other materials

Diced tomato

Shred the small rapeseed

Crack and beat the eggs

Cut scallions into sections

Add a proper amount of oil to the pan, and heat it on low heat until it is 70 minutes hot

Slowly fry on low heat until the green onions are slightly charred
