I learned this dish on a food show some time ago. I tried it and it was very good. Introduce it to everyone, hope more people like it.

Ingredients

Scallion Oil Taro

1. Wash the taro

2. Take a boiling pot, put clean water in the pot, put the taro, the amount of water should not exceed the taro, cook on medium heat

3. When the taro is boiled, you can use chopsticks to gently pierce it in, take it out and put it in cold water

4. Peel off the skin of taro

5. Cut into hob blocks

6. Cut green onion, put vegetable oil in the wok, put the green onion into the pot

7. Re-enter taro stir-fry

8. Add salt and broth

9. Cover the pot and simmer until the juice is almost collected

10. Add chopped green onion, stir-fry and turn off the heat

Tips:

If there is no broth, you can use water instead, then you can add a little chicken essence to taste.
