With the new year's money given by her husband, she turned around and bought all kinds of beautiful equipment in the kitchen. This fall, Mr. Xu will have to eat breakfast at home when he is going to elementary school. To practice a good cooking skill is the basic skill requirement for my mother's induction! Today, Tiffany...The blue chef's machine turned on and made scallion pancakes for dinner.

Scallion Pancake

1. Add 10 grams of salt and 300 grams of 60 degrees hot water to 500 grams of general steamed bun flour, and stir evenly with the cook machine.

2. Let it stand for 30 minutes to wake up the dough to allow the dough to fully absorb moisture.

3. Chop the shallots finely and add them to the hot oil and stir to turn off the heat, then add the prepared flour and mix well, a little bit of pepper powder and pepper to taste.

4. There are many ways to wrap the pie, and I usually do it like the picture above.

5. Put a few drops of oil in the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. The finished cake is peeled off layer by layer while it is hot. It is very crisp and fragrant.
