Scallion Pancakes

Stir half of the flour with boiling water to form a flocculent, and the other half with cold water to form a flocculent

Knead into a dough, let it rest for half an hour

Wake up the dough and knead it. Prepare sesame seeds, allspice, chopped green onion, salt and pepper, salt, oil

Divide the dough into five small doughs

Take a dough and roll it into a square, grease it, sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onion, salt and pepper, and salt evenly, leaving a little space on one side
