Scallion Pancakes

Beat the eggs into a bowl, beat up

Add flour, cornstarch, salt and water to the egg liquid and stir to form a batter

The chives are just green onion leaves, chopped and pour into the batter

Stir well

Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it up, scoop 2 scoops of the batter

Turn the pot quickly and spread it out into round pancakes

Fry until golden on both sides
