Scallion Pancakes
1.
Slowly pour boiling water into the flour, stir evenly with chopsticks while pouring, and form a soft hot noodle
2.
Knead the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes to wake up. Cut the shallots into chopped green onions, mix well with salt and set aside
3.
Divide the large dough into small doughs, knead it, roll out into thin dough, brush with oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and pepper powder
4.
Roll the dough into a roll first, then roll the dough into a ball
5.
Preheat the dough in the electric cake mode, roll the dough into a cake, pour a little oil into the cake after preheating, and heat up and down for 3 minutes. After the end, pour a little oil, turn it over, heat up and down for 2 minutes, out of the pan~ You must tear it up and let your hair fall.
Tips:
1. Boil the water for hot noodles, otherwise the noodles will stick to your hands;
2. The noodles should be soft, and the final cake should be rolled to about 5mm, not too thin, otherwise there will be no layering like crackers;
3. If you don't like pepper powder, you can leave it alone, or add other spices you like.
