There was a bakery shop in the side market where I used to live. The main product was scallion pancakes. Every pie was divided up by 3-4 people. The whole shop was a glass house on the corner, so I queued up every time. They all watched the master making cakes one by one. After moving, I was greedy for more than half a year and finally couldn't help but imitate the cat and tiger according to the steps of the chef in the memory.

After the end, pour a little oil, turn it over, heat up and down for 2 minutes, out of the pan~ You must tear it up and let your hair fall.

Tips:

1. Boil the water for hot noodles, otherwise the noodles will stick to your hands;
2. The noodles should be soft, and the final cake should be rolled to about 5mm, not too thin, otherwise there will be no layering like crackers;
3. If you don't like pepper powder, you can leave it alone, or add other spices you like.
