Scallion Sesame Chopsticks

Yeast, oil, sugar, salt, and water are mixed into yeast water and noodles, kneaded into dough, and fermented to twice its original volume!

Divide into one dose, then press flat!

Roll into an oval dough sheet!

Roll up from top to bottom!

Place them on the baking tray after they are done in order for the second fermentation!

After fermentation, brush with a layer of egg mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds, squeeze the salad dressing, sprinkle with chopped chives, and preheat the middle layer at 185° for 15 minutes in the oven!
