Scallion Wonton
1.
Pour salt, five-spice powder, corn oil, egg white, and light soy sauce into the meat filling and stir in one direction.
2.
Peel the green onions, wash, chop and chop into fines.
3.
Mix the minced green onion with the meat, and stir in the same direction (the ready-made wonton wrapper you bought).
4.
Put the minced meat on one corner, fold it up to the end, then pinch both ends, and then pinch the others in turn, the shape you like.
5.
Wash spinach and cut into sections, wash and finely chop coriander.
6.
Put a little oil in the pot, pour the spinach into the pot, pour water, and add soy sauce.
7.
After the water is boiled, add the wontons and quickly scoop them up along the sides and bottom of the pot with a shovel to avoid sticking to the pot.
8.
After the water is boiled, add a little bit of cold water and bring to a boil, repeat this three times until the wontons are cooked, and season with salt.
9.
Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with coriander. If you like sesame oil, you can also drizzle it with a little.
Tips:
I have a lot of wonton stuffing at home, so I need to cook it for a while.
