Scallop Fish Congee

Wash the belly of the fish, wash the scallops and tear them into silk for later use

After the rice is cleaned and boiled with an appropriate amount of water, add the scallops

When the rice is cooked, add ginger slices and fish cubes and continue to cook for five minutes

Take out the fish pieces, remove the fish bones and smash the fish

Pour the fish meat back into the porridge, cook until the porridge is soft and sticky, add some salt, sugar and soy sauce to taste
Tips:
1. If the scallops are soaked, they can be added in the last step. Mine is not soaked, so I added it in advance
2. Because it is for the baby, the fish bones must be removed
3. If the baby is relatively young, you can extend the time of cooking porridge appropriately
